Welcome to Your True North, LLC. My name is Diane Hoekstra and I am a seasoned therapist who combines traditional talk therapy with Somatic Psychotherapy and Intuitive work. I provide psychotherapy services in-person and online and I can see clients via telelheath virtually nationwide.

I specialize in working with women who are searching for their identity, purpose and what they truly want.  As women, we tend to focus more on others' needs and don't know how to go inward and to show up for ourselves.

With a client's consent, I invite spiritual exploration and development of their own intuition. My goal is to help clients become aware of their internal experience, make the changes they want to make in their lives and to listen deeply to their own wisdom.  I believe we live in a coherent universe that is supporting us and that we are here to learn, heal, grow and become who we are truly meant to be at our core.
