Welcome to Your True North, LLC. My name is Diane Hoekstra and I am a seasoned therapist who combines traditional talk therapy with Somatic Psychotherapy (includes the body) and Intuitive work. I provide psychotherapy services in-person and online and can see clients via telelheath virtually nationwide.

I specialize in working with mature women in the second half of life who are searching for their identity and purpose and for a chance to focus on what they truly want.  Many women have focused on other's needs for the first half of their life and don't know how to focus inward and to show up for themselves.

With a client's consent, I invite spiritual exploration and development of their own intuition. My goal is to help clients become aware of their internal experience, make the changes they want to make in their lives and to listen deeply to their own wisdom.  I believe we live in a coherent universe that is supporting us and that we are here to learn, heal, grow and become who we are truly meant to be at our core.
