TRUE NORTH is a structured 6-week educational and experiential group for mature women, focused on going inward and finding one's own wisdom, purpose and sense of self. This program is offered both In-Person and Online. You will be guided through a step-by-step process to rediscover YourSelf and your Heart's Desire----your Own True North!

Join me as I provide you with a roadmap for:

ReDirecting Your Energy From Draining out to flowing in,
Connect with your true self and your deepest Heart-longings, and
take action and choose to live from your own core, wisdom and gifts,
