TRUE NORTH is a structured 6-week educational and experiential group, focused on going inward and finding one's own wisdom, purpose and sense of self. This program is offered both In Person and Online. You will be guided through a step-by-step process to rediscover Your Self and your Heart's Desire----your Own True North!
