TRUE N RTH

I have designed TRUE NORTH to help you explore and discover your own TRUE NORTH in life. TRUE NORTH is a structured 6-week educational and experiential group, focused on going inward and finding one's own wisdom, meaning, purpose and sense of self. The constant thread throughout all 6 sessions is the question, "What do I want----truly, madly deeply?"

Big changes are happening worldwide. There are many possible reactions to these changes---fear, confusion, and anticipatory anxiety---and PERHAPS you may also feel a fluttering of excitement. This might also be an opportunity to:

Re-focus,

Re-imagine,

Re-envision,

and re-member your hearts' deepest longings.

Maybe your heart's desire is just what this world needs...

Beginning in June, 2025, I began offering TRUE NORTH groups and 1:1 sessions focused on discovering (or rediscovering) what makes your heart sing---and moving into the world from that place inside. Come muse, reimagine and create space to be curious and to ask different questions:

What do I want in my life more than anything else?
What is important and deeply meaningful to me?
Where do I want to be?
How do I want to spend my day to day?
What do I want truly, madly, deeply?

I will offer a group format of 6 sessions and an individual format, based on each client's preference. Sessions include:

Focusing on one's heart's desire and what gets in the way of knowing this more deeply
Listening to that small, still voice within.
Offering a new paradigm (that is actually an old way) for living.
Finding your practice that fosters your connection to Inner Experience.
Removing blocks to connecting with yourself internally.
Intuition as a real capacity that can be developed.
Taking the "leap".

In-person TRUE NORTH

Groups will be held on Monday evenings, 7-8:30 pm.
