I am a Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist. I focus on a client's present moment experience in the room, including their thoughts, emotions, and their experience in their body. As a Spiritually Informed Therapist, I expand my work to include exploration and connection to one's own spirituality (for those clients who are interested). I also work intuitively with clients in sessions to better know themselves and their purpose in life. I recognize that healing can occur on multiple levels and through various modalities. I work collaboratively with psychiatrists, energy healers, holistic, mind-body practitioners and integrative medicine practices.
